Welcome to DietPulse AI. By accessing or using our website, mobile experience or related services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Service Description
DietPulse AI provides AI-powered nutrition, meal planning and wellness tools for informational and educational purposes. The Service is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
2. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current and complete information.
- Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws.
- Consult a qualified healthcare professional before acting on any guidance.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Account Registration & Management
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processors. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks and AI-generated outputs produced by the Service are owned by or licensed to DietPulse AI. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.
6. Acceptable Use
- No reverse engineering, scraping or abusive automated access.
- No unlawful, harmful, infringing or deceptive activity.
- No attempts to bypass security, rate limits or access controls.
- No use of the Service to provide medical advice to third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DietPulse AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for conduct that we believe is harmful to other users, us or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DietPulse AIoperates. Any disputes shall first be addressed through informal negotiation; if unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
